So you've played Battlefield 1942 until your fingers are numb and your eyes are popping out of your head, yet you still feel this revolutionary game is missing something. You're right! Its missing a lag free, objective based map, with single player support based on the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.

A team of some of the very best coders from the Battlefield Singleplayer forum along with some of the very tallented mappers have teamed up to recreate the Pearl Harbor experience.

It's been a while since our last update; however, there has been a lot of work done on the map. Nikita has been cranking out some beautiful custom models for release 2 of the map. For now, Rouspov has forwarded me an image to show off. Enjoy!

This map reproduces the 2nd wave of the Japanese attack on pearl harbor. There's no flag to capture ...but 3 boats and 4 hangars must be destroyed by the Japanese before they run out of tickets. Americans have to defend 1 hangar at Ewa field and Bellows field , and 2 hangar at Wheeler. Also the U.S.S. Maryland near Ford island, the U.S.S. Shaw in the naval yard and the U.S.S. Summer at the submarine base. Whether you prefer to play online or in single player this map is a must. Download it today!

Though we have not had a website to reflect the hard work of the members of the project until today, the members of Oahu: The Pearl Harbor Community Project have been hard at work. We have entered our final testing phase, so we’ve decided to release a Trailer Video for the map. The video was produced by eluder and Black Hawk.
